IoT Wearable Watch For Patient Care

Eoxys’s BLE Sensor Watch design delivers significant value to smart healthcare applications.

Our Australian customer selected this design to develop their next-generation wearable solution and an IoT Cloud Mobility platform supporting critical care and rehabilitation patients.

We collaborated with the client to create an IoT Cloud Mobility software solution that enables doctors to monitor patients, record health data, and analyze it for early detection of abnormal conditions. The system continuously captures patients’ movement activity and streams the data in real time to the cloud.

Eoxys engineered the wearable watch to measure key physiological parameters, along with cloud and mobile applications for data collection, storage, and analysis.

Additionally, this solution supports integration with cloud-based advertisement platforms.

IoT Cloud Server Application For Smart Locks

Eoxys’s Spring Boot J2EE microservices-based cloud application framework, built on proven best practices and reusable libraries, delivers significant value for developing custom Smart IoT cloud server applications.

A leading cycle and bike rental platform approached Eoxys with a unique set of business requirements. Each cycle or bike needed to be equipped with a smart locking system featuring GPRS for remote connectivity, GPS for location tracking, BLE for mobile app integration, and a secure locking mechanism. Each smart lock contains a secret key, which must be read and activated by a central server via the mobile application. Through the app, users can lock and unlock their bikes seamlessly. The client required a central IoT middleware server capable of managing and maintaining real-time communication with all smart locks over a GPRS network.

Eoxys successfully developed the IoT middleware software using the Spring J2EE stack. The middleware independently manages and sustains communication with all smart locks through TCP socket connections on one side, while offering HTTP REST interfaces to application servers on the other. Application servers can issue commands to the smart locks through REST APIs (APP to LOCK), and the system relays responses and updates back from the locks to the applications using the same REST structure (LOCK to APP).

Advancing Sleep Apnea Diagnosis with Eoxys's Customized BLE Sensor Watch

Eoxys’s BLE Sensor Watch design delivers multiple benefits and value to smart healthcare applications. The design integrates a 9-axis motion sensor, ambient temperature, humidity, and altimeter sensors—enabling comprehensive environmental and physiological monitoring.

A leading medical research college approached Eoxys to customize the Sensor Watch by incorporating medical-grade SpO₂ and snore audio signal processing sensors for developing a wearable device dedicated to sleep apnea diagnosis. This Medi-Watch concept aims to support both sleep apnea pre-screening and post-medication compliance tracking. The ability to detect sleep apnea and hypertension in the comfort of one’s home through a simple wearable is a transformative advancement in digital health technology.

Eoxys, in collaboration with the medical research college and a premier research institute, jointly submitted a proposal to design this next-generation wearable for sleep apnea detection, paired with a cloud-based data management platform. The cloud solution securely stores and manages patient sensor data, allowing doctors to access and analyze it for effective pre-screening and post-treatment compliance monitoring.

Vibration Sensor Device

The customer required the design of a new vibration sensor product. We successfully designed and developed the vibration sensor hardware, embedded software, and enclosure industrial design for industrial machine condition monitoring applications.

The embedded hardware is based on a Linux 5.4 OS running on an ARM Cortex A5 platform, equipped with 250MB RAM, 32MB flash memory, 16GB micro SD storage, and dual-band WiFi a/b/g/n connectivity.

This sensor system is used for acquiring and analyzing machine vibration and noise data to predict potential failures in gears, motor shafts, and electrical motors.

IoT Cloud Dashboard Server For Smart Factory Automation

Eoxys’s Spring Boot J2EE microservices-based cloud application development, leveraging best practices and reusable libraries, delivers considerable benefits for custom-building smart IoT cloud server applications.

A leading dairy product manufacturer approached Eoxys with specific industrial automation requirements. The client sought to implement IoT solutions for factory automation, enabling monitoring of various production stages through a real-time IoT dashboard offering daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly views. Additionally, the client required Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) insights at machine, production stage, and factory levels.

Furthermore, the client needed real-time access and cloud storage of energy data (current, voltage, KWH, KVA, power factor) from their three-phase AC distribution network at multiple distribution points and machine levels. This data would support energy management insights with comprehensive view options.

Eoxys designed scalable software architecture and building blocks for cloud applications that manage and maintain connections with factory sensors and devices. On the user side, the system provides real-time dashboards featuring OEE, energy management, and predictive maintenance views. Additionally, the cloud storage supports alarm event triggers with workflow definitions to notify authorized personnel via SMS and email.

Eoxys Single Sign-On (SSO) Server Application

Eoxys’s reusable libraries for SSO application development deliver significant benefits for creating custom SSO server applications that enable centralized authorization and authentication across multiple enterprise applications. This approach eliminates the need to maintain a separate user management module within each individual enterprise application.

Eoxys’s SSO libraries provide secure single sign-on capabilities for both web and mobile applications. The solution uses JWT (JSON Web Token) for authentication and authorization tokens.

The SSO system supports multiple authentication methods, including username/password, Facebook, and Google sign-up options. It employs a private key to sign tokens and a public key for token verification. The public key is embedded in all web and mobile applications, while the private key remains secured exclusively within the SSO server application.
