The customer required IoT-based wear monitoring as part of their key pipeline product. We partnered successfully with leading Indian industrial manufacturers to build a wireless IoT wear monitoring device under an R&D collaboration model.

Use Case:

This is used to measure critical thickness so that predictive maintenance can be planned.

Pest Sensor Device

The customer sought an AI/ML-driven solution for acoustic pest identification. In collaboration with a prominent multinational, we engineered an advanced audio-based pest detection system through a research and development partnership.

Use Case:

This is used to classify the sounds with AI/ML technology at the edge device without Internet.

BLE Beacon Gateway

Successfully worked with Major MNC for building their BLE beacon gateway on outsourced R&D model.

Use Case:

This GW device scans all BLE beacon devices (upto 100 iBeacons) within 30meters. Has BLE5.0 based Arm Cortex M3 MCU, 2200mAH LiFePO4 Battery and associated USB charging circuits. The collected beacon data is uploaed to server via WiFi or LTE interface to Dashboard Application.

Technology Used:

It uses both XENO+ LTE ML SOM module and XENO+ WiFi+BLE ML SOM module


Agri Controller Gateway

Successfully worked with leading India based Infra MNC company on building Agri Controller Device with LoRa in R&D Product Engineering Model.

Use Case:

Need to be used as Agri irrigation controller to monitor Water Flow meters (maximum 5 nos) and control the Water Solenoid valves (upto 12 nos). The collected flow meter readings and solenoid valves status to Cloud Server via LoRa interface.

BLE Heating Device

Successfully worked with Major MNC for building their BLE based Heating Device on outsourced R&D model. This device is designed with 2 variants: Proto variant for SW dev and Production variant for volume fabrication.

Use Case:

This is BLE based heating device. Has BLE5.0 based Arm Cortex M3 MCU, Heater, 250mAH LiPo Battery and associated USB charging circuits.


WiFi IoT Camera

Successfully working with India’s Premier University in R&D partnership model to build WiFi Camera sensor for Road Quality measurement device.

Use Case:

Road Images collection module – This module has 2 cameras collecting road 2 sideway images with VGA/HD resolution at 1FPS

Successfully worked with Major University for building Road Quality Device on outsourced R&D model. This device is designed with XENO+ CPU module with LTE, GPS, WiFi and BLE connectivity with all possible sensors.
