The T600X - Multi-Wireless Module is a compact wireless connectivity module designed for next-generation IoT devices requiring multiple wireless communication technologies in a single device.

With support for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth Classic, Bluetooth Low Energy and IEEE 802.15.4, the T600X provides flexible wireless connectivity for a wide range of connected devices.

Built around a high-performance ARM Cortex-M33 processor, the module combines processing capability, DSP support and wireless connectivity in a compact 16 × 16 mm form factor. Its integrated memory resources and external QSPI Flash with XIP functionality enable the development of feature-rich embedded applications.

The T600X also supports Bluetooth Low Energy 6.0 with Channel Sounding, along with 802.15.4 Thread 1.4 and Zigbee 3.0, making it suitable for connected devices, wireless audio, sensing, control and IoT applications.

The module combines wireless connectivity, processing and DSP capabilities in a compact form factor, making it suitable for a variety of embedded wireless products.

Wi-Fi / Bluetooth Headsets - Designed for wireless audio products with noise suppression and DSP-based audio processing requirements.
Wireless Collar Microphones - Enables microphone data to be transferred wirelessly over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth while supporting noise suppression functionality.
Wi-Fi / Bluetooth Speakers - Suitable for connected speaker products with onboard microphones and speakers.
Wi-Fi VoIP Phones - Can be used to build VoIP phones with external I²C-based keypads, microphones and speakers.
Wireless Stethoscopes - Can be used to build wireless medical devices like stethoscopes using microphone and vibration sensors.
Wi-Fi Camera Connectivity - The module can be interfaced with a Linux MPU through SDIO to provide wireless transfer for applications such as camera data over Wi-Fi.
